As an independent, self-sustained journal, we operate without external funding or institutional sponsorship. Our mission is to spread knowledge in the digital medium, ensuring that groundbreaking research reaches scholars, practitioners, and the public without barriers.

Why Do We Charge APCs?
Waivers and Discounts
We understand that financial constraints can be a barrier for some researchers. To support inclusivity, we offer partial or full APC waivers on a case-by-case basis, particularly for authors from low- and middle-income countries or those facing financial hardship. If you believe you qualify for a waiver, please contact us at [editor@ijdr.net] with a brief explanation of your circumstances.
Our Commitment
IJDR is not driven by profit. For us, this journal is a mission – a mission to spread high-quality knowledge, support academic progress, and foster innovation in the digital age. By charging a small APC, we ensure the sustainability of our operations while remaining true to our core values of accessibility, integrity, and excellence.
